All classes will be taught by Grand Master Shi Deru, Shaolin Temple Southern Yard 31st generation indoor disciple and teacher of martial arts, traditional medicine, health and wellness for decades.

Participants will follow the Master in exercises, learning to breathe and stretch in various postures to relax the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Movements and guided exercises will improve mental and physical Qi and balance your Qi and increase muscle power and improve mental and physical well-being to free you from emotions and mental attachments.   New attendees will learn old students will review all the basic motions and techniques in ancient Yijinjing (a 1500-year-old bone marrow cleansing and ligament strengthening Qi Gong exercise) to balance and channel energy, so as to calm and cleanse the body and mind to release stress and improve overall health and wellness.  Classes will also include other traditional medical Qi Gong therapeutic exercises in improving joint conditioning, and cleansing body with meditation.
