This 8 days\/8 nights Shaolin “Way-of-Life” camp includes education in Chan nutrition, Chan meditation techniques, and high intensity skills training in traditional Shaolin forms, weapons, and combat. Shaolin Intensive Training builds discipline and the indomitable Shaolin spirit.<\/p>\n

This in-residence training program is exclusively for dedicated Kung Fu students and martial artists who are committed to a professional Shaolin arts career and\/or desire to work toward their International Instructor Teaching Certificate. Living and studying at Shaolin Institute’s Atlanta facility, you will be immersed in Shaolin culture and martial arts. You can expect a rigorous, challenging, traditional Warrior training program like the one taught to the famed Shaolin warriors at the Shaolin Temple in China.
